We maintain a Client Service Agreement featuring standard terms and conditions, with a noteworthy absence of minimums or obligatory requirements. This allows clients the flexibility to cancel at any time.

We provide proprietary, foundational training, designed by experts in dental and orthodontics. However, we acknowledge that every practice is unique and we expect clients to train their VAs in order to seamlessly integrate the VA into their practice.

Regardless of the time zone disparity between the US and the location of the VA, MyOrthoVAs will align with the client's office hours or accommodate any preferred working hours specified by the client.
