Amanda Richards
Director of Client Success - MyOrthoVA
As the Director of Client Success at MyOrthoVA, I bring over 16 years of hands-on experience working within orthodontic practices. I joined the MyOrthoVA team in July 2024 with a deep appreciation for the unique challenges orthodontic teams face each day—and a strong desire to help solve them.
My background gives me an inside perspective on the daily operations of a practice, which allows me to truly understand our clients’ needs and support them in meaningful, practical ways. At MyOrthoVA, I work closely with our clients to ensure their virtual assistants are delivering real value, freeing up in-office teams to focus on what matters most: providing excellent patient care.
One of the most rewarding parts of my role is watching our clients thrive with the help of our highly trained VAs. It’s a privilege to be part of a company that’s not only growing but making a real difference for practices across the country.
